• Purchase and scheduling information: the package you bought, meetings booked, time used, and records of work you approved.
• Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your payment, not your full card number.
• This site does not use advertising or analytics trackers. If you choose a light or dark appearance, your browser may remember that choice on your device.

We use personal information to respond to you, provide and schedule our services, handle payments, refunds and records, keep our services secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

04Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process payments and refunds.
• Polaris Group, LLC and its Neucleos platform, which host this site and keep our client records. Messages sent through the contact form are saved privately for the Polaris Group team.
• Professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including accounting, legal and security needs, and we protect it with administrative, technical and organizational safeguards.
